Hey, keep up the good work! Btw, if you allow people to test before releasing it at the end of May (or not), I can try it, but I want to try it with Citra and it didn't every time I want to try it on PC. Since you have a working Citra, can I have it? If not, that's fine, I just want to try Miitopia and play it, that's all. XP

edit: Decide to use homebrew on an old 3ds. Hope nothing goes wrong.

Edit 2: It work, now to buy the Japan version of it, if I have the money or somehow get it free...

Miitopia was pretty much dropped out of nowhere in Japan, after only a month since its announcement in early November. The same could probably happen when it's localized. Either way, people can choose whether to get an official release of the game with possible censorship and/or cut content, or get the Japanese game for their homebrew-enabled 3DS and install the fan patch. Heck, if I have the time I can even teach folks how to modify the text files on their own games so they can write their own scripts for the game, which would make a playthrough even more personalized.

Welp, pulling out all the stops to peddle this baby out as soon as possible now. Expect a release in three or four weeks folks.

Yeah, but it's little quiet (too quiet in my opinion.) and perhaps they're pretty with their personal lives, so it's okay to take their time.

Yes, I must admit. It is a quit disconcerning that we haven't at least heard a status update on the progress. But, que sera sera I suppose. While I would love to play this before the company publishes it I guess it's just a waiting game.

Just to let you guys now Miitopia is releasing in the west on July 28 (from the New Nintendo 2DS XL video) It showed a physical copy, so I'm not quite sure if it's digital too. *hype* EDIT: this fan-translation said their release may be on May 5th or 12th.

Well, I'm not going to talk to them, but it may been delayed for fan translation, so let's wait until it gets here.

Ya'll need to be patient, these people have lives and this is simply just a small side project.

The official translation comes out in like a month anyways.

I actually want a response. Done or Cancelled? If it's done where is it? If it's cancelled oh well, because I can wait for the official translation. (I have been waiting for YandereDev to add Osana to Yandere Simulator, and she still not done. [she was announced about 1-1.5 years ago] I know, I know off topic but I'm providing an example) I really don't see the point in releasing it in a couple of weeks because official release is in about a month and a half unless the release is now. But if Miitopia is about to release in a week (July 21) I will consider this project dead. (It's either Nintendo beats hackers to the translation race or hackers give up and Nintendo never releases it in the west. I should have learned Japanese.)

Wouldn't it be better to wait until the full game to start making ntr plugins?

But if you want to cheat that badly, you can always fiddle around with your saves using a hex editor, since the demo does use saves.

For what is worth, the font files from the demo work without issue on the JP version and since it includes all english letters, it should be easier (I think) to translate the game (the JP font files don't have all english gliphs except for the small fonts.)
