Only works with NAND.bins created from the same 3DS - is that the problem here?
Yup, tried to open the image from a previous motherboard, wasn't aware it wouldn't work, sorry.
It's okay though, I managed to do the "manual system transfer" by just injecting it's CTRNAND partition, and then running the autofix from the ctrtransfer menus. Looking through the GitHub readme, that seems to be the advisable course of action anyway. Sorry for the false alarm.

Find the dsi wifi title in twln partition.
Replace it with sudokuhax v0 .nds (srl).
Overwrite with same file name. (00000000.app)
Go up one directory, make a "data" folder.
Put the hax save "public.sav" inside that folder.
That should be it.
Old quote, sorry, but I've followed the steps and the ds connections wont boot? Should I delete the .tmd?

I'm looking for a tool that will allow me to execute an arm9 payload from a file browser.
Is it possible that this functionality will be added to GodMode9 or any other file managers?

I just released GodMode9 v0.7.3. This gives you access to new drives among other improvements. This is new:
  • New SD data drives ("A:"/"B:") for unencrypted access to data installed to your SD card
  • Selection of cluster size enabled in SD formatter
  • Simplified RedNAND setup after SD format
  • New HOME menu (just press the HOME button) with shutdown / restart / SD format options
  • POWER button is now functional and shuts down the console
  • Improved permissions system
  • Multiple minor improvements and fixes
If you didn't know, the SD formatter can be accessed after SD unmount or via the HOME menu. Also take note that GodMode9 is now a superior alternative to EmuNAND9, as it can easily be used to fully setup a new SD card with a RedNAND.

Is this CTRXplorer v2.0?

No. While GodMode9 and CTRXplorer do have overlapping functionality, both projects are completely separate. CTRXplorer actually has additional stuff in there (like a hex editor and text viewer) that will never be in GodMode9. It also has much better compatibility and includes a functional CIA, which is not possible with this. If all you want to do is to manage the files on your SD card, I do in fact recommend you use CTRXplorer instead of GodMode9.

Never say never. Heh. I guess the hex-viewer is technically a hex editor.

Just in case not everyone noticed yet, there is a new GM9 release, which also adds stuff such as CIA building and decryption of game files. This also not a simple port of the stuff in D9, but rather a complete rewrite, and a big improvement in processing speeds and functionality. For the actual release, go here. All info you need is found on there as well.

Also, anyone experiencing problems with earlier releases, should just retry with this.

Sorry for the double post, but is it possible to extract romfs/exefs data from a cart without dumping it first?

Not possible. Good thing is - this may be not as important as you think. You actually only need the OTP hash, which can be extracted easily on any A9LH'd system. I may think of a way to provide this later.

I may think about something, but for the moment, no, this is not possible.

d0k3, speaking of OTP, if bootrom dump method is presented at today's 33C3 by the haxbros and dumped by someone in the community, do you think eventually the nand keyslot generation from OTP will be reversed and implement a way to explore in godmode9 a couple made of an OTP dump+NAND ?

I see that GodMode9 can now create a batch of CIAs from titles installed on the SD card. This is awesome news, but I tried to do this myself and I just don't know how to do it. I'm guessing that you're meant to select the tmd files from the titles that you want to convert to CIA, but the problem is that you can't seem to mark multiple files for selection if they reside in different folders. If you mark a tmd file and then back out of the folder to find another tmd from a different title, then the marked file gets cleared. So what's the correct way to do it?
