Yep I did as it says at that timeHow to use splash/bootlogo
- Create SaltFW/ folder in the root of your SD.
- Put splash.bin OR splashbottom.bin OR BOTH in SD:/SaltFW/ folder
- DONE!
Will try laterDownload the attachment and put the SaltFW folder in the root of your SD, reboot, see if that works.
Tried inserting out and in after being unable to boot into Sys and I booted in at last, still with no Splash Screen.Download the attachment and put the SaltFW folder in the root of your SD, reboot, see if that works.

Thanks now it shows splash screen. Thanks for the bug report. I fixed it in 2.0b version:
https://github.com/RShadowhand/SaltFW/releases/tag/v2.0b-LTS
Maybe that's the reason.Feels like Salt's splash takes 1~2 seconds longer.Boot speed should be on par with Luma if not ever-so-slightly faster. Having a splash will make your boot 3 seconds slower.
It's on par with Luma's latest commit.Maybe that's the reason.Feels like Salt's splash takes 1~2 seconds longer.

Do u have splash screen?i also use the non-screeninit but both are booting under 10 seconds! (on an OLD 3DS also as on the NEW 3DS)
OK,will wait.Notify me when u update thanksI'm not sure but I might be missing something in the code, but I won't release a new hotfix since this doesn't really prevent any actual features. Wait for the next release.
