I have a n3ds 9.2 witch a gateway emunand 10.5 but as soon as eshop stops loading it freezes....any advice?
You could try patching the TIGER, NVER and mint applet with the latest version .cias (10.4 for TIGER and the mint applet, 10.6 for the NVER.)

It's just called mint. It's part of the eShop for allowing the app to use certain features like adding funds. Without it you'll have the eShop but it'll be useless basically.
i have 9.2.0-20E and i use RxTools 3.0 but this patch dont works to me. I want enter Eshop for download my Pokemon's Updates u.u. Someone can help me?
If you're attempting to use the eShop via an 9.2.0 firmware be it on sysNAND or emuNAND, you'll need to install the following update .cia apps:
- NVER (10.6.0-31)
- TIGER (10.4.0-29)
- mint (10.4.0-29)
After that just drag them into your SD Card, boot up your NAND and install using a .cia installer (Make sure you install it into the NAND and not your SD Card.) Finally use FreeMultiPatcher again and try using the eShop.

this doesn't work without any cfw, because it need access to specific services, which are not available in ninjhax.

You need at least the newest version of nver istalled. If you install only nver you would need to use Hans for eshop access.
If you install Nver+Tieger you will be able to use the eshop direktly from the home menu with every cfw that firmlaunches the 9.6 Firm or higher, but you wont be able to start the eshop without any cfw.
You don't need to update mint, since you will be able to use the dlc store using the fmp and the 9.2 mint.

But if i update that things i still be on 9.2 and i can still using RX Tools right? and i can install them on sysnand?
Installing those won't change the fact that you'll still be on 9.2.0. If anything you're making a franken-firmware and the -20 will be changed to -30, but as far as it's concerned you'll still be able to do anything you could've done normally on 9.2.0 + eShop and NNID stuff.
And yes, you can install them on sysNAND. You should be careful however as if anything goes wrong you could brick the system, but I've got those .cias installed on my sysNAND and haven't encountered such problems yet.
Actually they need the latest TIGER as well since HANS eShop spoofer no longer works with just NVER alone; the entire menu just freezes. I'm using the latest TIGER myself and using your FMP app + booting into sysNAND I'm able to run it on the home menu in 9.2.0. If anything I've tried using HANS afterwards and it doesn't work as far as I'm aware, so FMP + TIGER + NVER is the way to go.
And strictly speaking for the purposes of what the member wishes to do, no they don't need to install mint but assuming that for whatever reason they wish to add funds or go purchasing anything, they will need mint so it's best to just add that in as well.

I had this problem a while ago, and simply used hans directly with an older version of hans. It worked without a problem for me. I would test if it will still work, but I have a9lh on my system and the current firmware

Fair enough, but as far as I'm aware it's hard trying to find an older copy of HANS. If what you say is true though, either solution should work then.
Here's some advice; update your emuNANDs to 10.6
Why have you elected to stay on lower firmwares? There's really no good reason not to update.

And there is really not a good reason to update. Im still on 9.0 (just updated the nver, tiger, eshop applet and friends module) and I can still play any game, go online, eshop works fine and im complete becasue all kind of hacks work best/perfect on 9.0 firmware.

@K3Nv2 I got some cheapies at wallys, that are pretty good, already have lost a few expensive ones (one falls out and gone, can't find) while cutting grass so bought some cheap ones, and of course never lose these cheap ones. (Cheap meaning only $35, compared to air buds which I only have 1 of 2 now)
