i noticed with the US systems that a video demo to test out the 3d is pre-installed. its called 3D Visual Experience

Did your 3DS have this video? If so, could that mean that there are already 3DS's with 9.5 legitimately pre-installed out there waiting for us? Fast move by Nintendo if that's the case

I just got QW1027 Black-comes with 9.0 U.S

Looks like QW1027s come in both red and black. Mine is also a QW1027, but red.
