what game can i use to update to 9.2.0-20 for 3ds?

none, the highest firmware on a card reported so far is nes remix with 8.1 or smash bros with 8.2

All went fine until the emunand firmware update, I didn't know that I had to create the connection acess whithin emunand, and unfortunately the sysnand get update. So I want to know if there's anything I can do with the nand.bin or whatever to downgrade the sysnand to it's previous version now then I can't acess the gateway profile ?

If, and only if you have a nand backup made with gateway from an exploitable version... you can do a hardmod to the 3ds and downgrade.

I don't have a Sky3DS myself, but you can just rename it to .3DS and it will work fine. I don't know if the Sky3DS accepts .3DZ ROM's as I believe it injects its own header.

Have couple of questions

- Can I play a retail game on the Emunand and download the DLC from a game? And is the rom able to use the dlc if its same region
- What is the best way to update to Emunand 9.4. I have already copy the new launcher.dat file to the sd card of my 3ds. Need the gateway card to be updated? Do I need to format the Emunand?

If you get a .3dz in future, you can use Gateway rom patcher to strip the header from it, and you will end up with what is essentially a normal .3ds (only difference between .3dz and .3ds is the header).

I have few questions regarding recent events since I have been a bit out of the loop.

- What exploits were blocked in 9.4 and 9.3 and how did these patches affect Gateway and Ninjahax?
- Are Ninjahax and Gateway's 9.2 method using the same / similar exploit?
- Why does Sky3DS still work on 9.4?
- How likely is it that Ninjahax/Gateway will be compatible with 9.4 or are these, at least these currently known, exploits patched for good now?

I realize these questions might be something no one can answer yet, but if you can give some educated guesses, I wouldn't mind hearing them.

Is the Powersaves device worth it if I'm just trying to backup my Pokemon Y save? I figured that it is, to essentially backup 200+ hours I've spent on the game. I'd probably also use it to clone pokemon. What are your guys' thoughts?

Alright so I have a 9.2 3ds and awaiting the gateway update. However I have animal crossing installed on the system downloaded from the eshop. Assuming emunand works the same way in the new update is keeping the animal crossing game and it's save on my 3ds as simple as backing up my sd card and then copying my backup back after creating emunand and would I be able to access that animal crossing from emunand when it is installed on the sysnand?
Any help would be great!

You'd only be able to apply the backup to the same cartridge afaik. It's great for cloning though.

They've already had the one revision to change the game limit, so it seems clear they won't be offering any updates/patches like gateway. It's very likely that sky3ds will be blocked with updates just like the DS cards used to be. At this point nobody knows for certain.

It's less of a matter of "won't" and more a matter of can't.

It emulates a retail cartridge (not perfectly but sufficiently). Without some sort of usb reader or port there's no way of updating it even if they wanted to.

There aren't any, and it's unlikely there ever will be any. Since 9.3 killed both 9.x gateway and ninjhax it's likely the first 9.x update a game is packaged with will be 9.4 IMO.

You can perform a hard mod on your friends device which will allow you to reflash the sysNAND. Instructions for doing so can be found here if you're confident in soldering. Otherwise you can find someone here from Europe who can do it for you for less than €30.

-Unlikely. Are there any games over 4GB yet? If sky3ds is compatible with memory cards formatted using the exfat file system you won't need to split it.

- I hear the internet is a good place to start.
