Hacking Gateway Release 2.7 with emuNAND for 9.4

Yes you can do that, but make sure to go into settings and straight to update when you're in emunand ONLY (so it should show GW3DS v9.X.X.). No need to format.

You can backup your sysNAND in the event you accidentally update that and not your emunand, but keep in mind the only way to restore that backup would be to do a hardware mod to your 3DS.

How are you even on 9.3? You should be going from 9.2-9.4 skipping 9.3 entirely.

Don't see much worth in this, especially since we're talking about a version that blocks Ninjhax and only adds one rather useless feature. I wish there was a way to keep the exploit in future versions, though.
And yes, I really wish there were custom themes. It would be kinda nice.

If you have gateway Ninjhax is useless to you anyway so that's the reason, I personally enjoy the shuffle feature.

Ninjhax is far better for handling emulators than Gateway.
I wouldn't nearly care as much if it weren't for the huge progress made to emulators thanks to this exploit.

Seems there is an issue downloading of eshop with this new 2.7 launcher update. I have been reading I think a french forum and some chaps over there have the same issue downloading updates etc.. you get code 007-6106, errors out at 99%.

Edit: I have emailed Gateway about this issue. It may only be to do with UK users, I don't know for sure or euro users in general. It happens on game updates and app updates.

I think I know what has caused the issue what I did was test smealums hack out on 9.4 to see if it would work so it errors and takes you back to an eshop title screen so I think this has caused some issue with the updates on eshop. So please I suggest when you update to 9.4 do not test smealums hack it wont work and will cause this issue to happen how you correct it i do not know maybe someone else can figure it out.

No I've not tried the smealum hack, could that be the culprit? was about to have a go with the Cubic Ninja hack but I'll leave it alone for now.

How would we even know?, it might of worked with GW's 2.7 launcher, nothing was noted about this! Also I am a Beta tester for GW so these updates need testing and if it is not tested and sorted then its going to happen to others and Gateway need to know asap to bring it to users attentions, its got nothing to do with being hopeful for the smealum hack at all!

Do you have an older emuNAND backup? Maybe it would solve your error if you inject this backup and update again.
