-Update 01-06-14: Added a Tandy CoCo 1 & 2 set again put together by halen . I adjusted all the spines, made a new spine logo, and fixed a few spines, as well as named them to the most conventional names i could come up with. Everyone give halen some props for his recent contributions and helping out the scene! All links are live. :)

edit: whoops, sorry for the DP!

I got tired of waiting. Here is a rough draft of Gurume Sentai Barayarō. Translated, it's Rose Rascals: Gourmet Squadron. If someone artistically gifted would like to make an english logo, by all means. It can still use some work, the back needs figured out better. But it's a start.

Finished all the SFC RPGs I'm going to do - decided to try something a bit different with the last so uploading it on a new post as well:

Nekketsu Tairiku Burning Heroes.smc.png

MassiveRican, the Digital Devil Story front boxarts are mostly very tall & thin, cropping them and then converting to a wide image will probably ruin them to be honest (as I did with the likes of my Goemon 2 box), would this style be better? If not I'll make them more akin to the standard snes template...

...I think I like it anyway! Might go back and do a couple of my old messy ones (starting with Goemon 2 lol) in this style actually...(so much for packing in doing them! )

EDIT: Decided to have a do at Goemon 2 - found it a lot more difficult than I previously thought:

Ganbare Goemon 2.smc.png

Clearly red didn't work to the same effect.. also didn't help with the style of artwork. Still, has to be better than my first attempt on it!

Nice work mightymuffy! I agree that black looks much better, I wouldn't mind having it like that at all. Also the red wasn't terrible, it works u know, better than the original and for now all that matters is that your pleased with it.

drakorex thanks and added to the collection ;)

Hey guys. I've really been on hiatus with the wii hacking and Cover - 2 - Rom since I accidentally bricked my wii around I think september. Just recently I replaced the motherboard and rehacked it. Today, I got a message saying that Cover - 2 - Rom doesnt work on mac osx. It looked like it was true. It said it was complete but didnt transfer anything. I guess nows a good time to fix some things. This week I'll work on fixing the mac osx issue, making sure this issue isn't also on ubuntu, and fix this annoying issue I had when "game.nes" had difficulty with matching with "game.nes.png". College just started again for me but tuesday I have a lot of time to work on this.

Also thanks MassiveRican for the shoutout.
I really wasnt paying attention until it finally dawned on me that I really contributed when I saw my name on thew Masterpiece Pack

Reet then, done a cover for the first SFC Shin Megami Tensei, it's very dark, but not too bad:

Shin Megami Tensei.smc.png

Went with the 'texturey' (yeah I just made that word up) black instead of a solid colour as the box itself is this way, the front image would've stuck out more (like my newer Goemon 2 box does) if I'd gone for solid.

EDIT: SMTII

Shin Megami Tensei II.smc.png

...SSSOOOO tempted to do the PS1 cover instead lol! Not sure the Nintendo of the SNES days would've allowed that on the front cover though!! Not to worry, I think this one turned out well anyway!

SMT if...

Shin Megami Tensei if.smc.png

...Sorry, a poor effort AND massive cheating... couldn't get any sort of desirable effect with the sfc cover transferred over, so went for the standard look, and used the PS1 cover instead! Well, it's a cover at least, and vaguely relevant!

Previous snes covers:
Here, here, here, and here
Whoops...and here!

Freakin-A mighty muffy, that cover will do nicely :D
Agreed that the 'texturey' black and gray looks 10x better than a solid color. Thanks a bunch man I will enjoy having a Shin Megami Tensei cover now scrolling through games and picking it to play XD

out of curiosity.
why not use jpg format instead of png?
jpg takes 75% less space with HQ (up to 90% with LQ) and looks exactly the same.
transparency is not an issue here.
Wiiflow supports both formats already

Because everything posted has been in png format since before jpg was supported, i chose not to switch it up. If i start now, than there will be mixed png/jpg's throughout, and that will drive me insane. There is no way in hell i'm converting and re-uploading everything either, it'd be a giant waste of my time. Also, i would have to re-do half of my macro cheats. Just not worth it. People of course are always free to convert them themselves before adding them to wiiflow if there worried about space, and there are lots of free apps available to do that.

Yep I see no issue with converting to jpeg after d/load and setup. I might just do that now to save space, 160GB FAT32 partition was still not enough for everything I want I'm noticing and I have a good 500GB left in NTFS partition to mess with which I'll probably use for compatible PS1 ISO's and such.

AbdallahTerro while on the subject of JPEG's, does USBL-GX and CFG support them as well?

EDIT: Cuz if so that would be great news and I'd actually commit to this, since I like to mess with the other loaders every so often, mostly when other people are around to see what style fits them best. Usually WiiFlow no matter what but I don't want to break support for the other loaders regardless when it comes to images.

Here are the numbers for the SNES HQ cover conversion alone:
Code:
Old Size PNG: 633,356 KB
New Size JPEG: 140,752 KB
Saved: 492,605 KB
That's hella nice, imagine the savings with Genesis XD lol!

Ok thx for the tip, I'll leave all Wii/GC/WW stuff as is and start converting the rest of my emu collection.

EDIT: Just cached the SNES, "E" to "Z" using JPEG's, everything worked like a charm and saved a ton of space, I swear this thread just gets better and better XD

I fixed the Cover - 2 - Rom not transfering glitch on mac. However I think the other issue I stated was too complex to fix and chances are you are in that sistuation is slim. The only way I know that would happen is if you transfering a cover thats already renamed and placed somewhere else. Anyway its now 2.3 on my site.

Hey guys good to be on the temp again, how are ya?

I'm back with yet another Shin Megami Tensei cover but this time for SEGA/Mega-CD check it out
smt1-mcd.jpg
This will probably be the definitive version of the game I'm going to play since it's uncensored and I can't find the PSOne remake in english. Any chance I can get a template for the Sega CD cover to see what I can make of it ^_^

I noticed that quite a few of the covers in the ps1 collection are games that I haven't been able to successfully run. Have the games been tested before covers added? And if so, mind sharing how to get those games to work?
