PS1/2 Zone Of The Enders Save Problem

Hi,
I tried to play Zone of The Ender on ESR r9b and, woth works fine but when saving, a few second after the saving mensage appear, the screen start showing some colors, the same that it shows whe the game is logind with ESR, then the ps2 rebbots, and the save data is on the memory card, but when i lod the game, there is no savedata.
I already tried using a save form gamefaqs, it loadsa right, but i doesn't save, allways the same problems.
I tryed a NTSC Version and a PAL Version, i recorded it on Memorex 4.7Gb DVD, using IMGBURN at 1x spped, and my ps2 is a PAL SCPH-50004 whit FRE MCBOOT V1.8 wiht ESR r9b.
The game is pathecd, as it work well, just not save.
I have other games recorded on the same midia, on the same program and spees that work fine, even Zone Of The Enders 2 NTSC work fine.
What am i doing wrong, why it don't save? i tried using the recorded dvd on ps2 emulator on pc and it saved right.

Some game don't like memory cards other size than 8mb.
But you can always save over an existent save on other size memory cards.
Don't lose your time this game is not worth it...
I warned you!!
