Gaming Zelda PH: Power Gems

well i have 20 courage and 20 wisdom gems and only 19 power gems....

i've been searching high and low for help on locations and i found this

now according to this - (power gem section, last one) when you defeat mutah he sends you a letter with a power gem in - but i've not got this...

i've therefore got the PH sword and about to head off into the temple for bellum - but relly want this last power gem!

so... can anyone confirm or deny that the 20th is in a letter from mutah?

I remember I got a letter right before I upgraded my sword. It had a red gem but it was in japanese so I don't know who it was from.

I never found the last one, so I modified hiei-yyh's infinite gem code to make it give you 20 of each.

NOW I HAVE A COMPLETE GAME

Yeah, I got a power gem from Mutoh, but I was also playing with my DS's date so I could unload some rupees on Beedle. Maybe you have to wait a day or two? Though I've never really waited for mail, I don't think.
