I could be entirely wrong but I noticed quite a few things in v33 starting over I didn't find in v16.

Changes with the old mans dialogue/More appearances.
Moblins
The peppers at the cabin moved from growing at the side of building to being on the table.
Little stuff..

On that note if you have v16 you may want to tuck away on your HD, it wont be available soon as and may be useful to modders of the future or just general historical prosterity the hardcore may wish to document the differences with such a landmark title.

There was a pepper on the table for me next to his diary on v16.

The update only added DLC support to the menu an that's it. You just missed that stuff on your first time playing.

Yes. Make sure it's the EUR v.33.
