ROM Hack Question Zelda BotW - Clarity patch?

I know there is a very popular “clarity” patch for the cemu version of BotW. Basically it gets rid of the layer of fog that seems to be present during most of the game, I’m wondering if a similar hack was ever made for the rom playing on an actual switch. That fog has always annoyed me, and I don’t have a pc powerful enough to run cemu.

the only annoy me on botw is AA looks jaggies, even reverse-nx only manage small improvement but doesnt worth it using 768 clock

There has been a sort of high-res patch somewhere if I am correct.

This is just docked mode in handheld. The same you can get with ReverseNX and I don't think author meant that.
