i have the same problem. i tried then new yugioh, last years one, and spirit caller. they all freeze mid-duel. i can move the cursor, but cant perform any actions a while in
what about all the other yugioh games? championship 2010, spirit caller, and championship 2009 are ones that i have tried. all have issues in duel. and yes, i am using latest firmware
