Microsoft has worser support for customer service.
A month after I purchased my Elite the RRoD hit it,and they wanted to charge me 159$ for it.
And Sony is being a bitch to my brother about the PS3 and some error,and it was a gift and hadn't been purchased for more that 5 months.

Overall Nintendo has the best customer support.

I don't reall get why people fight over bluray and hddvd I can hardly see a difference between the two.
