So yeah, I ordered my DSTT off of DealExtreme (don't reccommend other sites, I don't care much).
In a "Deluxe" package.
According to the pictures, it comes with a rumble pack and USB charger cable, like the review here says.
Here's the question:
Does the Deluxe package from DX include the Ewin expansion pack?
