Xbox original (xbox one controller)

Hi,

Does someone knows if there is a posibility to use your xbox one controller on the xbox original with a xbox to usb female cable?

Any software or homebrew stuff that i can use to let it work?

I am sure you could probably write a driver for one of the xbox linux distros and same with other programs, however it would have to be done on a program by program basis as unlike the 360 (and your PC) it is handled by the games and such themselves.
You could also come at it the other way and have some kind of device to intercept things and turn it into a format the original xbox understands (see also things like the controller adapters to have N64 controllers on the wii) .

In either case though it will involve some serious effort and there is not going to be a simple "run this program first" type setup.
