Seems like the only info I can find is related to signing in. What is it you're trying to do? Update a game?

Lol I was scratching my head because I saw this in xbox one. I read some that just uninstall and reinstall but I assume you already tried that?

This reminds me when I had multiple windows 10 apps that werent functioning and would crash file explorer. I transferred the files I wanted to keep and did a clean reinstall. I would call that last resort I guess.

In the link @smileyhead posted I saw that it had something to do with that person's account. That person wrote that after signing in as someone else it was completely fine. Unfortunately Microsoft Moderator never got back to them lol
