Gaming xbox 360 title update questions

so i cleared my cache recently n when to nab arcade title updates. i did so and then when i hooked my hdd to my comp n went to get the title updates to contribute to the update center, there were no TU_xxxxxxx files just a bunch of AT_xxxx, TT_xxxxx TK_xxxx, what are those files and why arent the TU files there?

Clearing the cache removes your title updates. That's the point of it.

well yeah i know that, if you'd read what i posted correctly, i cleared the cache, THEN got title updates for certain games but they didnt appear in my HDD, n i was also wondering what the other files in the cache folder are when i opened it up on my comp
