Gaming x370ce problems...

Hello.

I have a problem getting my Switch Pro controller to work with x360ce.
I play Oceanhorn and for whatever reason only my N64 controller works.

So, the problem I noticed is that the Pro controller is mapped on controller 3, and the N64 controller to controller 1. The N64 controller works in the game.
How do I get the Pro controller to controller 1?

EDIT: Ok, got it,but the setting was really hard to find...
But now the left stick isn't working, but everything else is. Just in the game it doesn't work. There doesn't seem to be a problem in in x360ce itself where it just shows the left stick correctly??
