Hacking Wuphax installation help

So my wii u has a problem were the sd card cannot create stuff in it (it's like the sd card is locked but it isn't (really sucks for hacking )) and i wanted to homebrew my vWii but because of this problem i cannot do it and i get the "failed to open backup file" error so is there any way to create a folder manually or something that makes it so i can get wuphax to work?

try to use cut or paste on the sd card, see if it works. neither option should be in the windows context menu if it's locked.

The problem is not the sd card itself, i think it may be a physical issue in my wii u's sd slot

maybe blow compressed air into the slot, it might be dirty, but it will push that into the system if that matters to you.
