Hacking WUP Installer problem

So, I've been following a guide on how to use WUP Installer. I used uTikDownloadHelper to download a game, but whenever I try to install the game to either my system memory or my external hdd, I get the following error:

Error: install error code 0xFFFBFFC0
Verify title.tik and WUP files are correct & complete

I haven't been able to find any answer to this, so would anyone be willing to help?

is the game folder? (root dir)/install

Other problems could be, wrong ticket. Make sure you match the game ID. You might also need to modify the ticket with that program that flips a 1 bit. (add 2 or subtract 2)
