Hacking Wrong HDD free space

It´s the second time my internal HDD is not correctly accounting the amount of free space.
Last time I did a drive format to correct it, but its getting more difficult now with lots of data/saves.

Do you know any way to correct this? Does this happen to other ppl?

can you show us a picture of whats going on? is it just the max amount being lower than it should or is it something else

Maybe just merged split files just taking up space in the multiman cache?
