Worried about an order

    Dear all,

    I am extremely worried about my order from ShopTemp. I actually placed an order and then registered on their site (in that sequence) on Monday. The thing is, I now can't check my order progress as it thinks my account hasn't ordered anything!

    I never got an order confirmation email, so wasn't able to create a support ticket either!

    I've paid lots to get the card shipped by DHL but I haven't received a tracking number or anything.

    Me = very worried.

    Unnecessarily?

    Do you get the transaction ID on Paypal?you can creat a ticket to provide the transaction ID to them..
