Hacking Working SD/USB ISO loader?

I've been searching the web and found a few different types, but they either don't show up or freeze my Wii. Is there a official working one somewhere I am missing? Thanks.

No one knows what your running! What system menu? What cios's have you installed? Do you have bootmii do you have startpatch or Priiloader or preloader.Have you trucha fixed ios's for homebrew like ios35

I do have BootMii
Preloader fails to install if I remember correctly
TBR also failed at step 2
I think the system is using IOS36
