I noticed a link with gba feature for 3 in 1.
What exactly does this mean. i interpret this as (For Example) this would allow migration from ruby etc to diamond pearl, without need for pokepatch

I don't think wood supports 3in1 linking. I believe what you saw meant that you could flash GBA games to PSRAM and NOR.

What exactly do you mean by "a link with gba feature for 3 in 1."?

it support for all pokemons. of course except black and white.
Does it support all versions of the 3in1?
It's already been said that Yellow Wood Goblin only has a normal 3in1, so that's all that's supported.

Then it does not support 3in1 linking.
it supports 3in1 linking. it does not support 3in1+ linking. see the difference?

and btw, sram part afaik in 3in1+ the same, so if you have pokemons flashed with 3rd party tool into 3in1+ link may work.

Yup, however the 3in1+ is a 3in1, just with twice as much NOR.

are you using haxchi, tiramisu or aroma?
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
no, I'm asking which one of them you are using
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
you have to launch your homebrews directly from the wii u menu
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    so like it doesnt exist
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
    ?
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
it doesn't exist, at least not for aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    ohhhhh
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
on tiramisu you can access it by opening mii maker
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    okay
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
but homebrew is appearing in the home menu btw
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    yes, now I remember it
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
then it is working, I also don't like that they did this but it is the only option you have if you are using aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
i just didint know the homebrew launcher didint exist in aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    thanks btw
