Who could've guessed PaRappa would open the PSP-injection gates on PS4 :p

I've only gotten bust-a-move-ghost to work. Out of 20+ isos....all others either black screen or boot to first load screen then freeze.
 
Stupid question, but since a PSP can play PSX games by converting them into EBOOT files, couldn't you do the same thing to get them working on a PS4?

Rename your iso to USER_L0.IMG and replace.

Got locoroco working, then edited cfg to fix textures.

Not working:

Namco museum
Capcom remix
Sega genesis collection
Powerstone collection
Daxter
Gow chains

Not working:-

Street fighter Alpha 3 Max (shows now loading)
Final Fantasy Tactics WotL (Black Screen)
Wipeout Pure (freeze at second load screen)
Tekken 5 DR (Kicks user1 out of pS4)
Tekken 6 (Black Screen)
Final Fantasy 1 (Black Screen)
Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core (Black Screen)
Burnout Legends (Black Screen)
Lord of the Rings Tactics (Boots to loading screen)

Locoroco 1 and 2, Patapon 1 should work with minor fixes due to these being officially remastered for PS4 by $ony.

thanks man but gosh it's not clear to me what you mean by some of this like I think I understand. sigh. This is why I make my video tuts ya know? I'm gonna try and see if i understand and give it a shot...

well my first problem is when I open pub check i seemed to have an option of open image or drive i chose image and well my pc really locked up advice?

ok got that sorted i had to use a partition on my pc to do the extraction i had tried usb so i am making progress let's see what happens.
 
i see so your saying match iso to config as opposed to config to iso but in theory this is arbitrary?

what is meant by "comment out cfg" what file are you referring to? I did search of .cfg in my extracted folder found no match?

ohhhh you mean "config-emu-ps4"?

so like quick question how would i not overwrite my parappa install or make custom pics? I tried just using new images for icon0 and pic0 and pic1 but it complained about my format? Any ideas?

cant figure out how I switch the pics or make a pkg with a different name so I don't overwrite parappa but just played loco rocco and had a blast! Wow super cool. Thanks for all the help!
