Sorry for the double post, but I have pushed out v1.0 of my admin tool, it is available here - https://github.com/chaosjester/PHPInstallMiiRepoAdmin/releases

Adds a lot of functionality, you have the ability to create custom packages, add more than 1 repo to your repo.list and a whole bunch of other stuff.

Does require a MySQL database and a bit of config but I made a really good install page that should make things pretty easy for anyone wanting to give it a go

I think the dev is MIA, but if you have your own webhosting you can run your own repo. There are a few repos in this thread https://gbatemp.net/threads/installmii-repo-thread-constantly-updating.409745/ though it has not updated in a while.

I have a repo up at http://chaosjester.net/repo/ but I am using it as a bit of a testing ground for my admin tool so it might be a bit weird for a while.
