If this is real, i'm in luck because I actually have flipnote 3ds

I wonder what can actually be done to patch this, as I am pretty sure it isn't in the eShop. Unless a regular update is targeted for specifically this application.

If its based off server thing related it should quickly be patched like the web browser with the update pop up
