I tried that, it just causes FE:A Editor to crash.
----------------
Edit:
My bad, it causes it to appear to crash. It actually just hangs for a few minutes.
Thank you, cokacommando.
Anytime, just for future reference, I'm not the best guy to ask, I really just made a lucky guess.

The game just came out. Were you looking for a specific gem or something? What did you do?! :blink:
Let's see;
File 1 is my main save;
File 2 is a copy of my main save where I tested playable Chrom from Before Awakening;
File 3 is a copy of my main save but it's a few chapters behind because I was testing my recruitable amiibo mod.

File 4 is my 2nd main save because this one has a Female Corrin
File 5 is a copy of File 4 where I married Robin
File 6 is a copy of File 4 where I married Rinka (no Kanna on gay marriages rip)

File 7 is a Phoenix mode save made to bumrush chapters because I'm making a hack where all playable Conquest characters will join you in Birthright
File 8 is a copy of File 7 but a few chapters behind as I figure out the best way to go about adding the Conquest characters.

I may or may not be slightly obsessed with hacking Fates...

............I think that you might want to get a save folder ready on your desktop...

I wish I knew how to edit my MU's hair color and face option. I kinda regret picking the same options and don't really want to start over >< lol.

It might change when Fates is supported
Exactly, but Fates isn't supported yet, so I figure it's still just a FE:A topic.
Take that up with Olmectron, no need to make a big deal about it to us since we can't do anything about it.
I'm not making a big deal, I'm just stating that I read the title of the topic, and that's why I assumed the hair colour post was for Awakening. Not really a problem, they clarified after my post.

Noticed recently that there's a hair colour modifier in this application.
Wish it had a stat adjuster, and a learnt skill modifier.
Level 20 Swordmaster, level 1 Tactician stats…

Edit:
By Learnt, I mean from the permanent pool of skills you can select from in-game per character.

I don't suppose you'd know how the difficulty is stored in Fates save files? Long shot but I wanted to try doing a Brutal Phoenix run if it were possible, but if the difficulty and mode are stored as the same value, it's probably impossible :C

I know you can edit the difficulty using this, but it's really roundabout and you'd require a copy of JPN SE... I haven't tried, can if you want, but it may still not allow for a lunatic/phoenix run. I'd want to if it does though.

I'm not sure where the difficulty is stored in save files though, I'm really confused by hex editing.

I've tried that but Phoenix isn't an option on any difficulty other than Normal :C The dream is to have a Brutal Phoenix suicide-only play through, but it's looking difficult to set up >o<

Aw man, oh well. You should definitely keep us updated if you can figure it out, I'd love to join you in a run like that.
