When trying to extract files from RAR archive, I come across error message stating, “Unexpected end of archive”. What’s wrong? How to extract them?

It means the archive hasn't downloaded fully. Go and redownload it.

I talk from personal experience, where winrar (ironically) failed to extract some .rar archive, but 7zip did without problem.

I dunno how that works since they both use the RAR CLI program. Also, I believe 7zip still lacks RAR5 compatibility.

7-Zip has included support for RAR5 for nearly a year now.

It'd just be better to re-download the RAR since you'd be missing parts of the files if it just kinda stopped downloading.

Looks at Title.....Looks at Post....OH SHIT, AN ERROR! It just means that the archive is corrupted, or incomplete (Already mentioned); So, redownload said archive. Problem solved!
