Homebrew Windows XP on 3ds?

A while ago (Last year in September I think), I saw on the Internet that Windows XP source code was leaked, and surprisingly, nobody talked as often about It as Super Mario 64 source code (Don't think It was a leaked tho, doesn't it was reverse engineered?), at that time I was "Maybe some people will work on porting it on other platforms? Like 3ds, PS Vita or Wii U?".

Saw nothing about it, so I'll ask :

- Is it possible to port Windows XP code source to other platforms (especially 3ds)?

It's possible. Probably won't happen, due to the issue pointed out above. Still, it'd be interesting to see XP running on the 3DS.

This would only work on the N3DS/N2DS due to the fact that the older models haven't got the processing power to run windows, and even on the threads where people have got windows working it wasnt even XP, it was only windows 95.
