Windows Media Player 2 Installed after Windows 7 Updates - WTF?!

So I just ran Windows Update and it installed 50 or so updates...
And now this was on my desktop and it crashes on launch. O_O

Is this a push error or...?

Truly an odd sight! I ran windows update again a few days later and poof! It was gone. Was likely an error, funny I caught it.

It's like a Ghost, One Minute it's there, you wanna take a Pic....and Poof! It's gone!

There does not seem to be an official statement/acknowledgement by MS about the issue.

It's probably one of those...."Small, Nobody cares!" Type of Error. (In the eye's of MS)
