Gaming Windows 8 need help?

Ok so I've been running the New Windows 8 Release Preview (Candidate, I could care less what you call it Microsoft its still a Candidate) and I was all happy with making short cuts to the new Windows 8 Start screen but well I'd like to make my short cuts look more like the tiles that are there if you guys get my drift! is there a way to do this? where are the titles located any ways? any help would be great!
