How does one bring it out of notification mode? I tried activating it with the Windows 7 toolkit but I got a missing file error. Anyone know how to fix this?

Yeah use 7loader v1.4 by orbit30/hazaar but it only works for Ulitmate Edition. If you have Home or Professional installed you need to buy a key or reinstall.
