since no one answered my previous post, i looked a little more an found this............. http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/part...%3EWIFI+USB.htm . ....... what i would like to know is if this would enable me to get my ds online??? bearing in mind i have no router due to using a usb modem

Assuming you don't have a WiFi connection already, I don't think so. That looks like a USB receiver, meaning it allows you to connect to already-created WiFi networks, but not to actually create one for yourself, which is what you want if you want to play online with your DS. You want something like this, a wireless router. There are cheaper options, but I can say that Linksys is a great, trustworthy brand. You should like into something that fits your budget and then show us your choices.

thanks for replying..... im not the best when it come to routers. is that suitable for adsl??? i bought one before and it turned out it was a cable router
