Hacking Will these games work on my Wii using Gecko OS?

I'm not sure what the success rate is when using Gecko OS but I'm planning on picking up the following games

Disaster: Days of Crisis (PAL)
Captain Rainbow (NTSC J)
FFIV (NTSC J)

Does Gecko OS always work? I know that it doesn't work all the time for GC games so not really sure about the Wii...

no he isn't. he want's to buy those games. i believe that because all those games are not ntsc/u and that's what you get if you want to buy a wii in bahrain. so all he want is to use geckoos as a any region loader.

Weeeell, firstly Disaster isn't out yet, so we have no idea. Second, Captain Rainbow should work.
And FFIV isn't a Wii game, it's a DS game.

GeckoOS is pretty much 100% compatible now anyway, so you should be okay with anything.

Disaster is out in Japan and Europe

EDIT: Sorry just realized Disaster won't be out til the 24th of this month (doh)

and FFIV = Fatal Frame IV

So is it going to work 100%?

nobody will guarantee it 100%. but like trolly said, geckoos is very very compatible.
