The NA version of the 3DS has been proven to run DS mode flashcarts like the Japanese 3DS.

Same goes with the European version.

unless Sudokuhax works, when transferred over, which would be great...

Long story short, updates will most likely render flash carts useless until they are updated again.

Most people here are here because they don't want to pay for games and they won't care if the developers abandon the system or if it stops running as long as they have their free games.

I don't even come to this section anymore because I find it kinda disgusting. I just came to see what you posted, since you're of the few that kind of think like me about piracy on the 3DS.

I don't think it works like that, I think they send you a copy of they game that is on your DSi but not the exact file. Of course, this is just a theory.

they wouldnt want to release it this early even IF it gets hacked because then it would scare developers away before really awesome games come out.

Piracy isn't going to scare people away from distributing their game on the NINTENDO platform.

Id like to see the 3DS stay unhacked for at the very least a year... ideally it would be about 3 or 4 years.....
