Here's your answer. No. WiiWare games were designed for the Wii. They only work on the Wii. They will never work on anything else. They can never be ported either, as Nintendo doesn't go around releasing the source codes to the games. The only way they could ever be run is with a yet to be released emulator which would require a very fast computer. (In other words, don't count on it.)
So no. They will be "exported to the internet".
