Hacking Will gamecube backups blow my laser

Will Gamecube backups blow my laser i know the wii has 2 lasers one for gamecube and one for wii my wii laser blew but the gamecube one didn't will gamecube backups on normal size dvds blow my laser or wear it out cause any problems at all

Based on this info I'm now looking for such GC backups but not for laser purposes.

To keep the spirit: "Hamy if you look closer the wii has in fact 3 lasers the third one is used to gradually enlarge the grooves on DVD-R so your backup disks will be damaged after some use this does not happen to original discs."


Don't mind the previous part, I just couldn't help myself.
Now really, it's the same, using DVD-R is not too different from originals. Use correctly burned, clean and non scratched discs or a USB Loader for your peace of mind.
