Original question: No

Factory reset is also not the only way to remove a NNID, it just happens to be the only official one

it says all thesoftware on my sd card wont be usable anymore so all the installed games will be erased??

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

The cfw will stay but every app like FBI and Anemone will be lost, so you'll have to download Luma (boot.firm) and Homebrew Launcher (boot.3dsx) and complete this after formatting: https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

alright he can use my nintendo id i guess im not doing all this

Uhm no? iirc it doesn't touch files on the SD
EDIT: referring to boot.firm and boot.3dsx
