Hacking Will Compressing an ISO work on Wii backups?

I'm trying to play a Skyward Sword backup on my 4GB SDHC card but the ISO is over 4GB's, even after scrubbing. Does this work with Wii backups?

No, use Wii Backup Manager to install the games onto the drive, it will automatically split the game for you

this is a tool for use with wii games
go to settings search and select "remove update partition"
there is an option "full scrubbing" am not sure what it does (well i can guess it is like wiiscrubber) or if it can break the games...

Scrubbing just zeroes out the extra space in the ISO. Packing it into a wbfs file does the same thing.
