If what matters? Did you enable autorcm? If not then your fuses are likely burnt (if you ever coldbooted to OFW) and no, it doesnt matter.

Oh yeah I have AutoRCM on since I upgraded to 5.1.0
Was more or less just wondering now, if I decided to upgrade to 7.0 could I still "downgrade" again later?
Or would my fuses be still burned?

I'm going to assume you mean untethered coldboot because the current exploit, Fusee Gelee, is still a coldboot exploit (the name literally means Frozen Rocket).

Possible? Yes. Probable? I'm gonna say no.

maybe in a older system as 3.0 or below. there is a exploit in webkit, use this webkit to trigger hacking and grab the console's root authority, then creat a emunand cfw on microsd card. let it working. so this switch can run cfw without jig and dongle afterwards even shutdown or battery dead.
