I think you need boot WiiXplorer with hermes ios 202, it should see your HDD in whatever USB slot, but Im not sure if it can works with 2 HDDs simultaniusly. As a tip dont try transfer big sized files, I often transfer big files from my SD to my HDD, and WiiXplorer get stuck in the middle of the process, Im talking about over 6gb.
