How would I go about playing Wiiware game backups?

I read something about installing Triforce but I have no idea how to go about that

If you want to be able to play wiiware from the sd menu, use nusad to patch your sysmenu ios. search online for "wad pack" and download it. install the wad files of the games you want on your wii with a wad manager like yawmm.
