Hardware WiiU Error 111-1006

I cant seem to connect to the eshop no matter what I do on my WIIU? It will load forever and eventually give me error 111-1006 or 111-1052 and Im not sure what to do. Tried power cycling my router and rebooting the wiiu but I cant get anything to help.

I just got the wiiu and updated it from 5.5.3 to 5.5.5 so updates shouldnt be blocked. Not sure what this could be.... Ive tried messing with my routers settings as well but I cant get it to load the eshop at all. I signed into my nnid just fine too...
