Homebrew wiisx castlevania issue

Uh i tried to get castlevania symphony of the night to work but i cannot get pass the title screen i try to press and start and any other input but nothing works (using wii pro)

Settings > Input > PSX Controller Type. Set it to Standard.

to explain why : a lot of games on PS1 were/are not compatible with analog stick.
you need to disable it to use only digital input (d-pad only) on a lot of games.

The analog stick pad was released years later after the console's launch, and only specific games are compatible.
