Gaming Wiimote mic.

Hey guys! Well I've just started playin the legend of zelda tp for the tp and it looks promisingv but i've got a problem. I wanna know how/if it is possible to turn or atleast lower the sound coming from the wiimote (like the slash sounds of the sword and whatnot). Cuz my parents room is exactly next to mine and the damn thing does really sound alot and my mom won't let me play then...please i'm in desperate need of help
