Hacking wiiload help?

1. not sure if this is the right place... sorry if it is..

2. okey... so now I am trying to get the Wiiload to work.. I drop the .elf/.dol file on the wiiload.exe and it starts to send, BUT, it stops while sending...
it usually stops after 10 %....

I have followed the instuctions from http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Wiiload

I have also tried a program called "Send Elf"... same thing happened there...
what can be "wrong" to use that word...
