this is sounding great. well this means i have to pick up another wii. when i went home form japan i gave my wii to my family. if this is everything it claims, then i`m sold. i just have to wait until stock up on it at my favourite site. good thing that my local yodobashi camera has lots of wiis. i`m gonna pick one up before i move down to tokyo.

hey do either of you two japan living people know of any online monitoring system of stock for wiis. in the kansai area where i live there are waiting lists in many places, would love to know where i can walk in and pick up a new unit. don't really want to go on a waiting list ><
and its great to have this chip with US games.. some of the games never make it to japan now i can play those ones!!

ok, so I'm a tad bit confused here.

Does it mention if it's upgradeable at all, or is that part of the "Recovery Mode" in case of a bad flash? I'm sorry, I'm still not too up to par with modchips yet, and a Wii chip will be the first one I'm getting. BUT I've done research and am learning anyways..
