Just wanted to confirm that Endless Ocean NTSC-U works on a NTSC-U system using the "cios fix". Can someone please update the wiki with this info. I didn't check out WiFi then again I was too busy having fun with the game

Just a note for those who dont want to try the newest CIOS and are just going to wait for the .3 loader. Alot of games seem to work if you use GC mode on the older cios as well (17 games i have work the same under GC mode regardless of IOS) . not sure if the GC mode just uses less hooks or what, but it might save some time/trouble shuffling between IOS's. I'm almost wondering if the SD code hook is what was causing most of the issues.

Edit - By regardless of IOS i mean between the hacked versions, not the original. just wanted to clarify

Anyone with a solution for Madden?

I don't have the time to scan through 42 pages, and the wiki states nothing about it crashing not GP races.
EDIT: By not GP, I mean versus/battle matches.

Dammit, the cios_fix doesn't work with Madden.

Maybe you misread my post and thought I was talking about Madden 09.

I'm talking about Madden 08.

I hope this hasn't been asked, i looked a few places, but if it has I'll take my flamin' like a man.

I'm trying to play a PAL backup of naruto...revolution on NTSC wii with the first wiigator loader and first waninkoko cios and i'm getting a green screen if i use force to NTSC (which is what i usually do on the 20+ other backups that i've successfully made and played) Now if i don't force it to NTSC i get the jumping b/w image but the game loads and and i get to the safety screen and beyond.

I have been using a lot of PAL games and have not had much trouble until this bastard. I think somewhere I read about someone with a similar problem, any ideas? Thanks.

EDIT: After an hour of looking I am trying wiifrii. I hope that it works.
EDIT2: After using wiifri with pal2>ntsc i dont get a green screen anymore, just a b/w screen that has a slower vertical scroll.

Tak and the guardian of gross DOES PLAY however it also freezes when you encounter the first boss

feezes then makes a endless "humming sound" untill you hold down the power and shut it down manually

Got FIFA 09 PAL working on my PAL Wii fine. It was scrubbed aswell. Can anyone get online mode to work on it though?

My scrubbed PAL version of Excite Truck though works very well in single player, has bugs with versus mode.

Bug one: Player 2 occasionally flashes
Bug two: Sometimes all you can see is your truck!
Bug three: Once rumble is used once, it doesn't stop.

Its still sort of fun though but for other reasons.

Works for me. I have an NTSC Wii and used the NTSC version of the game. It froze when I chose custom jam, but quick jam and all the other modes I tried seemed to work.

as far as tak is concernd the game did freeze once but it booted again and made it to the third stage so if it crashes on
you try rebooting

I have not, but I bet it does not work. Have a feeling that it will freeze on intro videos
